They make a distinct noise when you cut. The idea behind the 9.47 is a table knife with the same qualities as those of a folding knife. The Perceval x Les Bains is a very personalized version of the 9.47. The blade has a hallmark «Les Bains 1885 1978 2015» and for the first time the color of the handle was changed to a deep anthracite grey. Perfectly suitable for meats, poultry, Carambars and marshmallows.
